Shariefa has worked in the retail industry for the last 10 years in the Collections department as a credit advisor as well as marketing and call centre experience.
Rochelle is a member of our dedicated support team based in South Africa for Woodbridge International. She, along with other team members, assist with our global outreach campaigns. Rochelle has 19 years of experience in the Insurance as well as the Marketing industry. She worked for National Brands Ltd for over 8 years in the Accounts Department. Prior to Woodbridge International, she worked for Metropolitan Life as a Claims Consultant.
Prior to joining Woodbridge, Raquel worked in administrative and sales roles for a U.S. consumer products distributor and a major Brazilian telecommunications company. At Woodbridge she is focused on screening interested buyers of the firm’s sell-side clients and handles other deal-related administrative responsibilities. Proficient in Portuguese and Spanish, Raquel holds a BA from Brazil’s UNIFAC University and Certification from the School of Languages in Dublin, Ireland.
Over a 20+ year career Mitch helped create multi-channel campaigns and marketing efforts for brands such as: Samsung, Crocs, Oxford Health Plans, Weizmann Institute of Science, Citibank, Soles United, Wellesley College, American Express and Diet Coke, to name a few. Mitch has a keen ability to quickly and quietly locate the heart of a brand and then rip it out of its chest for the world to see.
Kyle is a member of Woodbridge’s Due Diligence/Underwriting team of CPAs and financial analysts. He works with clients to ensure their company’s financial information is accurate, verifiable and properly presented to buyers. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Kyle worked for two leading accounting firms performing financial audits to identify and resolve issues. He has experience analyzing company financial statements, systems, controls and operations. Kyle is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Central Connecticut State University, where he is currently pursuing an MBA in Data Analytics.
Kyle oversees Woodbridge’s underwriting process (due diligence), a component of every sell-side transaction. Clients benefit from Kyle’s comprehensive background in financial consulting for private equity and closely-held businesses. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Kyle served as a manager at CohnReznick, LLP, a leading U.S. accounting and advisory firm. In this role, Kyle specialized in transactional due diligence and litigation support services, including investigative/forensic accounting and valuation services. Kyle is a member of the CT Turnaround Management Association. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), holds an Accredited in Business Valuation Designation (ABV), and earned his Accounting degree from University of Connecticut.
Justin focuses on engaging interested buyers and motivating them to submit competitive offers for our clients’ companies. He is responsible for following up with book-holders and bringing as many as possible into the auction process. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Justin served in marketing roles at two investment firms. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Eastern Connecticut State University.
Prior to joining Woodbridge, Greg has spent the last 14 years advising senior executives and business owners. Most recently, he worked for Vistage International where he worked with top professionals to provide leadership training and consulting services to CEOs and business owners looking to address strategic challenges, grow their revenues or develop succession or exit plans. Prior to that he spent several years as a private banker and advisor to family offices and executives and board members of public and private companies and ran a brokerage team representing sellers and buyers in industrial, commercial and multifamily property transactions. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University, majoring in Economics with additional studies in Corporate Finance.
Derek is an accomplished corporate development and mergers and acquisitions professional with extensive finance and mergers and acquisitions experience across industries. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Derek was the Vice President of Corporate Development for Sony DADC New Media Solutions, Sony’s cloud-based platform-as-a-service digital video distribution service. In his executive role at Sony, Derek led all potential acquisitions, divestitures and investments, corporate development, long-range planning, forecasting and oversaw the Global Video P&L. As part of his role, Derek was on Sony DADC New Media Solutions Executive Management Committee.
Prior to Sony, Derek led and sold his family’s 35-employee audio/video installation business, was a financial and strategic consulting to a number of companies across industries, and led strategic planning for EMI Music. He began his post-business school career managing mergers and acquisitions for EY.
Derek holds an MBA in Finance from the Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University and a BS in Business Administration from Miami University (OH).
As Global Marketing Associate, Chandler is an advocate for Woodbridge’s sell-side clients. His role involves engaging and educating interested buyers – and motivating them to submit competitive offers. Prior to joining Woodbridge, Chandler worked as Analyst Intern for UK-based investment research and information firm. He also interned at a private equity firm In New York City where he assisted with due diligence, valuations and financial modeling. Earlier, he founded and operated his own natural stone supply business. Chandler holds a B.Sci. in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
